As Chief Executive Officer of MAP Telecom, Mr. Nouhad Jabre is responsible for setting the company direction and managing overall operations. Nouhad is able to look back on 28 years of management experience, having gathered experience in all aspects of business: HR; marketing, public relations, finance and administration. Before joining MAP, Nouhad was in charge of starting new businesses all over the world for a large multi-national. Nouhad graduated with a Business Administration degree from St. Joseph University in Beirut. He is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
Chief Operating Officer Dr. Jonathan B. Alcantara, who is responsible at MAP Telecom for VSP Operations, became in 1998 the first employee of Nuance in Europe. In 2000, he co-founded Voxpilot Ltd in Dublin and became its CEO in November 2001. In 2002 Voxpilot launched the first pan-European online VoiceXML service. Voxpilot was successfully sold in 2004 to Paris-based Eureka Soft. Jon has led successful voice projects for customers such as Monaco Telecom, Swisscom, T-Mobile, UPS and the New York Stock Exchange. He received his doctorate in Linguistics from Cornell University.
Chief Commercial Officer Dr. Michaela Heigl has been active in the voice industry since 1998, when she joined Nuance Communications as a specialist language consultant upon its market entry in Europe. At Nuance, Michaela worked on a variety of customer projects, including Deutsche Telekom and Fidelity Investments. In 2001, she took over responsibility for Marketing at Voxpilot Ltd. After the sale of Voxpilot to EurekaSoft in May 2004, she was responsible for merging the two companies' products under a single Voxpilot brand. Michaela received her PhD from Cambridge University in the United Kingdom. |
