Service numbers

Map Telecom can provide customers with both geographic and service numbers in most of its national markets. These numbers can include freephone, shared cost, local rate, national rate, business rate and premium rate numbers.

• Freephone
  Maximise volume of calls by inviting potential European customers to call entirely free of charge.
• Full Rate
  Customers call your company on one single number while paying the full cost of the call. Your company pays nothing for the call.
• Shared Cost
  Customers call your company on one single number. The cost of the call is shared between the caller and your company. In some cases, we may be able to offer you a revenue share, depending on the number range and call termination.
• Premium Rate
  Callers pay a higher rate to contact the published number, and you receive an agreed portion of the call charge. You can choose from a variety of caller charges from cent per minute to a one-off charge for the call.
