VoiceXML Hosting
Map Telecom's VoiceXML platform is hosted in the secure computer facilities of Monaco Telecom, staffed 24/7. The computer room is secured at all times via an electronic key fob system. All admissions are recorded for demand review by security. A supervision and intervention environment assure a continuity of service, and an active surveillance system constantly verifies the correct operation of all hardware and software components including the TTS and ASR engines and the Online Development & Management environment. The system sends SNMP alerts to the central surveillance console in case any verification shows a problem. The central console is supervised 24/7, all year around.
Application Hosting
IP access between the VSP platform located at Monaco Telecom and the application servers hosted by Monaco Interactive is assured by two redundant Gigabit Ethernet links on the central network of Monaco Telecom (InterLAN).
The application hosting facilities at Monaco Interactive are equipped with a climate control system and a reliable power supply. Access to the dedicated hosting room and the client-reserved zone are controlled by means of badges, which are only distributed to hosting clients.
The hosted equipment is protected by firewalls and anti-virus software, thus ensuring the highest level of security for hosted applications.
Map Telecom provides customers with a service hotline number, available 24/7, to report incidents. In addition, our support staff will assist customers with any questions they may have about their application and its deployment. |
